All balloon setups are final sale. We do not offer refunds for services that have been completed, especially for surprise arrangements that have already been set up, enjoyed, and photographed. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Balloon Policy
Our balloon arrangements are created with great care and are designed to reflect the mood and aesthetic shown in our photos. However, due to varying ceiling heights, room sizes, and layouts, final setups may differ slightly from the images displayed on our website. Balloon string lengths will be customized to fit the ceiling of each space for optimal presentation. Substitutions may be made if specific balloon sizes or colors are unavailable, always maintaining the integrity of the original theme
